About Celeste

Celeste is first year student in the Master’s of Professional Studies in Clinical Psychological Science at the University of Maryland. She received her BS in Psychology and a minor in Classical Civilizations from the SUNY University at Buffalo in 2022. She conducted undergraduate research at the University at Buffalo Social Development Lab and post-baccalaureate research at SUNY Binghamton University in the Binghamton Mood Disorder Institute. Celeste is interested in researching mechanisms of risk that contribute to the development of depressive disorders, particularly interpersonal and environmental factors that contribute to that risk. In her free time she enjoys crocheting and watching/reading DC comics.
