About Geetha

Geetha recently received her Bachelors of Science in Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Maryland, graduating in May 2023. She is currently pursuing her Master's of Professional Studies in Clinical Psychological Sciences. She’s worked previously at UMD as an undergraduate TA for Neural Circuits and Systems, and as an undergraduate RA for an animal sciences lab concerning genetics of broiler chickens. In addition to SUCCEEDs, she is also working as a graduate teaching assistant for Neural Circuits and Systems and doing research in Dr. Blanchard’s lab studying how motivation and pleasure deficits undermine social benefits in psychosis.
